How Long Does the Coaching Course Take?
- It’s an eight-week course with room for flexibility (you can rewatch recordings of the sessions if needed). The course begins on February 7, 2024 and ends on March 27th, 2024.
Is There a Big Time Commitment?
- The preconception course is designed to fit around busy schedules. There’s a one-hour live session every week, but no homework. You’ll be responsible for implementing the tools we learn together. If you’re unable to attend live, you can always watch the sessions later.
Do I Need to Be Really Committed to the Coaching?
- I recommend it, yes! The more you put into this course, the more you get out of it.
What If I Need More Help After the Group Coaching?
- I’ve designed this course to cover all your bases when it comes to preconception. Most of my clients get pregnant within a few months!
