Over the years, I’ve been both practitioner and patient.

I started working in holistic nutrition because of my experience with infertility.

On paper, I was doing everything right: diet, lifestyle, and exercise.

But internally, my body struggled to find balance.

I was forced to do the research for myself, going above and beyond my functional nutrition degree to find real answers.

These answers — the ones that helped me finally get pregnant — are the ones I teach to preconception women. And it turns out, I didn’t actually need to do more for my health … I needed to do less.
