A Holistic Nutritionist is not someone who is there to tell you what is wrong and what is right, but rather someone who is with you every step of the way to find out what your nutritional needs are.

Together, we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and oversaturated health advice to explore what truly works for you.

As your consultant, I will not dictate a diet for you, but rather explore why some foods make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback. From there, we’ll co-create your plan with short and long-term goals so you know exactly what you’re working towards. 

 

 

04. do you work with remote clients?

Yes! I work with both remote clients and those located in or near Boulder, Colorado.

If you are remote, we'll stay in communication via phone calls, Zoom meetings, or email correspondence. I even do private yoga sessions via Zoom! Learn more here.
