Hi, I’m Katie—a boy mama, adventure lover, and part-time homesteader in the Tennessee countryside. Wild + Well is a space I created for people like you to escape from the daily grind and embrace the kind of slow living that nourishes body, mind, and soul.
Growing up, my family embraced natural living with regular movement, outdoor exploration, and ancestral eating. It wasn’t until I had my first baby that I realized other moms weren’t given the same tools and knowledge that I used to navigate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Instead, my friends and neighbors struggled with outdated health advice, deprivation-based diets, and little direction about how to nourish themselves and their babies.
