Protocol for Healing from C & Other Illnesses

COVID - Begin after Positive Test / Onset of Symptoms:
Supplements:
Quercetin: Take two capsules twice a day
Whole Food Vitamin C: North American Herb and Spice (take 3 capsules / 3 times a day)
Vitamin D3/K2: Take 8000 IUs daily
Oyster Capsules: Take 4 capsules daily
Beef Liver Capsules: Take six capsules daily (love Heart + Soil)
NAC: Taken for antioxidant support (2 capsules once/daily)
Nebulizing: Make a saline solution (look for instructions). Mix 7 1/2 tsp of that with 1/4 tsp 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide. Add one drop lugol’s iodine. Put in a nebulizer and breathe in for 15 minutes.
Magnesium: Up to 500mg (Glycinate or malate)
Probiotics: Double up on probiotics and take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 at night before bed (probiotics work best in the evening). Use code LIVEWILD to save.

Homeopathy (from Sandy Nannen - Homeopathic Pracitioner):
Eupatorium 1M. 40 drops in 4 oz. pure water. Add 1 teaspoon brandy so it’ll last longer on the counter (but it’s not necessary for any other reason). Take 1 teaspoon every 15 minutes until symptoms are better. This is especially great when accompanied by aches and pains.
Aconitum 200 mixed with Bryonia 30 for coughs, cold and C. Take every 3 hours for severe symptoms or twice a day if not as severe.
Lachesis 200 for too much mucus, a lump in the throat that won’t go away, night watching or feeling like you can’t sleep for all the mucus. Take every 15 minutes until better.
Gelsemium 200 as a catch all to improve all symptoms of the above illnesses.
Nutrition:
Bone broth: drink 2 cups/daily
Eat organ meats, shellfish and eggs to up Selenium, Copper, Folate, etc.
Add in Green (antioxidants) and Dandelion tea (liver support)
Avoid inflammatory foods (sugar, dairy (avoids excess mucus), gluten, etc)
Gargle salt water with ACV
Increase water intake and consider adding in electrolytes (like Seeking Health or LMNT)
Lifestyle:
Take magnesium salt baths + Bentonite clay (if needed)
Light stretching
Get sun and take supportive walks
Chiropractic care + lymphatic massage

Castor Oil Packs: These are essential in detoxing the liver. Start with the castor oil packs just 3-4 times/weekly for 15 minutes on the liver for two weeks. After that we will bump up to 3-4 times/weekly for 30 minutes for the next 3 weeks. Supplies needed: Organic Castor Oil, Organic Flannel, Heating Pad (or warm water bottle)
Post Viral Support:
After C, it’s imperative to up your mineral stores and replenish the lost nutrients that you experienced with the virus.
