How to Make Nutrient-Dense Fruit Leathers

My son, Colter, loves a good fruit leather or gummies throughout the day and I hate that they can be a pure sugar bomb! I started making these nutrient-dense fruit leathers similar to how I make gelatin gummies and they’ve been a hit! I always use perfect supplements grass fed gelatin because it’s tested for glyphosate and is one of the highest quality gelatin products available. Gelatin contains proteins and antioxidants, which help protect the cells in the body, that can support the health of the digestive system, bones, skin, joints, and more.

The recipe is super simple and easy to make. Plus they last up to two weeks in the fridge and the whole family will enjoy them

  • 2 cups frozen Raspberries

  • 5 TBLS raw honey

  • 1.5 cups lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup grass-fed gelatin

Blend raspberries and lemon juice until smooth. Pour mixture into a saucepan and whisk in gelatin and honey. Continue whisking over low heat for 10 minutes. Pour mixture into baking pan and place into fridge to set then cut into long strips and enjoy!
